What is your return policy?

Products are eligible for a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsibe to pay a flat $5 rate return label for any returns initiated.  

All return orders must arrive back to our mailing address within 7 business days to qualify for a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS UPON SHIPPING.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BUY GOLF GLOVE FOR WRONG HAND. IF CUSTOMER LIKES TO REQUESTS FOR AN EXCHANGE BECAUSE THEY BOUGHT FOR WRONG HAND, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR RETURN LABEL AND EXCHANGED SHIPPING LABEL (TOTAL $10 FOR US CUSTOMERS),

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges must be done WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Exchanges can also only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.

* Please note that returns registered separately CANNOT BE RETURNED IN ONE PACKAGE, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process!

* Please also note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return *

When will I get my refund?

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
